ANTI-SPAM Policy

Main obligation of LARIPI is to enforce and to prosecute an anti-spam policy.
LARIPI.com is invented and made to help everyone save time for the gathering
of information from relevant information sources and based on the gathered
information to be able to make the best possible decisions.

Everyone who uses LARIPI.com for spam purposes will be banned from the
website and listed into our spam list that will be accessible for everyone.
We ask kindly everyone to obey our ANTI-SPAM Policy and to inform us
immediately, if he/she/it becomes a message that is SPAM oriented or is a
SPAM.

For the purposes of our ANTI-SPAM Policy we will store informations from
your browser, including your IP address, access date and time. We will use
this information only when there has been proven that some LARIPI user uses
his account for sending of SPAM. In this case this IP Address will be blocked
and will not be able to use LARIPI.com anymore.

The informations that we store will not be available to anyone, except in
cases when it is proven that the user uses LARIPI.com to send SPAM, than
the stored information about this user will be given to any ANTI-SPAM
Organization to help make the Internet space SPAM-free.

By clicking on the button “Create my LARIPI” every user accepts this
ANTI-SPAM Policy.

1. Definition of SPAM
SPAM in our understanding is any information sent to any user of LARIPI.com
that is not an inquiry or offer to received inquiry.
If the message that any user becomes into his LARIPI account does not
correspond exactly to the above restrictions, than this is a SPAM and we
kindly ask the user, who received this message to report to the admin of
LARIPI.com (admin@laripi.com) the message as SPAM, so that we can
undertake the necessary measures.

2. Prevention of SPAM
For the prevention of SPAM, LARIPI.com will use for the send of messages to
a big number of user a special made pattern or template for different kind of
inquiries. With the help of these templates everyone will be able to send its
specific inquiry to the relevant information sources without having the
possibility to add any SPAM material.

It is forbidden to use LARIPI.com for collecting emails or any other information
that could result in sending of SPAM.

3. Anti-SPAM measures
The Anti-SPAM measures are:

3.1 Any user who was reported to the admin of LARIPI.com
(admin@laripi.com) by another user that the first one had sent a SPAM
Message and the SPAM Message was received with the report from the
second user from the administrator of LARIPI.com and the Message was
categorized as a SPAM, than the first user will have its Account immediately
blocked, he will be no longer able to use its account or to send any
Messages, but only to the administrator of LARIPI.com with explanation for its
actions.

3.2 If the user that was proven to sent a SPAM Message does not prove his
innocence and best intentions within 10 days, he will no longer have an
account in LARIPI.com. The IP Address and Location of the user will be
registered so that he/she/it will not have the possibility to make a new
account in LARIPI.com

4. Reporting of SPAM
Every user will be able to report immediately, once he received a Message
that could be categorized as SPAM. The report will include information about
the user that sent the message as also the Message itself. Send all SPAM
Messages to the admin of LARIPI.com (admin@laripi.com).

5. Deleting of SPAM-Accounts
Every user that was accused into sending of SPAM Messages will have 10
days to prove its innocence and best intentions. When he/she/it does not
prove its innocence and best intentions, the LARIPI account will be deleted.
Information about its IP Address and Location will be stored into the LARIPI
database and this information will be given to any ANTI-SPAM Organization to
help make the Internet space SPAM-free.
