2. Idea of LARIPI

Welcome to LARIPI.com. This webpage will change your life.

Example: Usually, if I want to ask at about 10 companies about one product,
I need first a couple of hours to find the companies and after that at least half
an hour or one hour to send to all of them a separate inquiries one after
another. When I receive the answers to my inquiries I must make a tabular
form where I can put all the answers. Than I must sort the answers!

We think this is a total waste of time and that is why we created LARIPI to
save time and help everyone in our world to make the best possible decision.
We think that this will have a huge affect on our lives.

LARIPI has the goal to make the sending of concrete and specific inquiries to
a lot of different companies, websites, nonprofit organization or other LARIPI-
users very easy and very fast. Once the user becomes answers from all the
companies, he will have very rich and in LARIPI.com sorted information to
make easy and fast the best possible decision.

In order to prevent the usage of LARIPI as website for SPAM / unwanted
messages, we have defined our ANTI-SPAM policy.

Another goal of LARIPI is to bring closer together users with same interests,
or to help users to find companies that offer the products they want or to give
a company the opportunity to find users that are interested on their products
and contact them with brand new offers, so that users can make the best
possible decisions or the companies can find users that have the skills that
the company needs and offer them a job or to make the nonprofit
organizations more popular and they can find more people that will be willing
to join them.

Also by organizing a catalog with LARIPIs, we will create a database, where
everyone can find new companies, websites, nonprofit organizations or
users. At example, I am a big online game fan, I go to the category ”Online
games“and here I can see a big number of online-games from which I can
choose which one I am going to play.

4. Terms of use

These terms of use regulate the relationship between LARIPI.com and
everybody who wants to become a user of LARIPI.com or to use the
services of LARIPI.com. Everybody who wants to become a user of
LARIPI.com or to use services of LARIPI.com must take the terms of use
under consideration when he/she/it uses LARIPI.com and obey them.

Any disobey of the terms of use will lead to deletion of the user account.

There will be no tax refund, if the user account was deleted based on the
non-adherence to the terms of use. Every non-paid debt that the user has to
LARIPI.com must be paid within 15 days.

The terms of use as also LARIPI.com will be changed and improved with the
time. If any user does not agree the new terms of use or the improvement of
LARIPI.com, he can delete its account by sending to the admin
(admin@laripi.com) message with the wish of deletion and end the
relationship with LARIPI.com. If this happens, the user can not claim for any
compensations or tax refund.

Once you confirm that you accept the Terms of use, you must obey them and
inform yourself about any new updates of the Terms of Use and Privacy
Policy and Anti-SPAM Policy.

LARIPI.com, its elements, pages, parts, codes, services etc. are property of
LARIPI Ltd.

By marking the checkbox “I agree to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy and
Anti-SPAM Policy” and clicking on the button “Create my LARIPI” you accept
these Terms of Use.

5. Description / Definition of LARIPI elements

1. LARIPI account – one user account that has information about the
user, his activities, products, interests or other informations

2. LARIPI – this is the result of the informations into the account. It is a
square form with the logo and the name of the user, with link to its webpage,
information button and message button.

LARIPIs

more concrete

8. Message system and message templates: sending messages to other
LARIPIs

6. LARIPI Services

LARIPI offers its services free of charge so that everybody can use them.
The services are:

Catalogue:
1. This is a catalogues with different categories. Into each category there will
be LARIPIs that have relationship with the name of the category
2. Once you are into one category you can contact all LARIPIs in it at once. At
example: I want to go on a vacation. I go into the catalogue and see all the
LARIPIs into the category Travel agency. I send all of them one inquiry where I
want to go and for how long. After that I receive a lot of answers with
different prices. LARIPI sorts the answers by prices so that I can pick very
fast the best possible offer from a lot of offers.

The Find-bar:
1. This is cell on the main page that will be used to find informations into LARIPI
2. Type a word or a phrase of words and LARIPI will suggest you names of
categories or words and phrases of words
3. After you see the results you will be able to contact them very fast at once

Messaging system:
1. The messaging system gives the possibility to every user to contact
other LARIPIs by sending one message to all.
2. It is forbidden to use the messaging system for the sending of SPAM
Messages.
3. The messaging system can be used only to make inquiries to other
LARIPIs or to send messages as answers to the inquiries of the other LARIPIs.

Agents of LARIPI.com:
LARIPI.com has as a goal to have in each city of every country a person or
organization or company that will make LARIPI.com more popular and acquire
new users.

7. Account types

a. Company: Account for the representation of a company. You can
type in information about your company, products etc. You can type in, what
you sell, so other LARIPIs can see and make an inquiry for those products.
The Account has years fee.

b. Website: Account for every website. You can type in information
about your website, services etc. You can type in, what you sell, so other
LARIPIs can see and make an inquiry for those products. The Account has
years fee.

c. Non-profit organization (NPO): You can type in information about your
NPO, purposes etc. You can make inquiries to other LARIPIs. The Account is
free of charge.

d. User: You can type in information about yourself, your interests and
needs, so that the companies can make you offers, to satisfy your needs.
You can make inquiries to other LARIPIs. The Account is free of charge.

e. Agent: This Account is for all the Agents of LARIPI that will spread
the news about LARIPI.com around the globe.

8. Account type characteristics

a. Company account has the following characteristics:
company description – max 1000 symbols
contact information – max 500 symbols
services – max 100 symbols
products – max 100 symbols
message (max 500 symbols)
attached files (max 3 MB)
choose of categories (max 13)

b. Website account has the following characteristics:
webpage description – max 1000 symbols
contact information – max 500 symbols
services – max 100 symbols
products – max 100 symbols
message (max 500 symbols)
attached files (max 3 MB)
choose of categories (max 13)

c. Non-profit organization (NPO) account has the following characteristics:
NPO description – max 500 symbols
contact information – max 500 symbols
areas – max 50 symbols
purposes – max 50 symbols
message (max 500 symbols)
attached files (max 3 MB)
choose of categories (max 13)

d. User account has the following characteristics:
User description – max 100 symbols
contact information – max 100 symbols
hobbies – max 50 symbols
professions – max 50 symbols
message (max 500 symbols)
attached files (max 3 MB)
choose of categories (max 13)

e. Agent
this is a special account type only for the users or organizations that
represents LARIPI.com over the whole world

9. Use of Accounts

You must use the LARIPI account only for its original purpose to help you with
your decision making process.

10. Taxes

Years fee

The non-refundable year’s fees for the company account and the webpage
account are:

1 year – 29 $ per year – 29 $ total
2 years – 27 $ per year – 54 $ total
3 years – 25 $ per year – 75 $ total
4 years – 23 $ per year – 92 $ total
5 years – 20 $ per year – 100 $ total

When you create a company or a webpage account you oblige to pay the
total year’s fee within 15 days.

11. Tax refund

If someone due to whatever reason chooses to delete his account at any
point, he will not get a refund or any percentage of the year’s fee proportional
to the remaining period of time.

If due to whatever reason LARIPI.com will be stopped for a fixed period of
time or indefinitely period of time there will be no refunds. All the debts that
the users may have to LARIPI.com must be paid within 15 days.

12. Registration

The registration of one of the accounts happens after the user chooses
which account type he wants to register and than by accepting of our “Terms
of Use” and “Privacy Policy” and “Anti-SPAM Policy” clicks on the button
“Create my LARIPI”.

Once the account was created, the user can start to use it right away. If the
account has a year’s fee, than the user must make the payment within the 15
days after the registration. If the user does not make the payment within the
given period of time after the first reminding message than the account will be
deleted.

Only registered user can send one message or inquiry to a big number of
LARIPIs.

Before you provide any information into your account, you must check for the
accuracy, truth, actuality of the information.

13. Rights, Responsibilities and Obligations of LARIPI.com

A. Rights

LARIPI.com has the right to modify, improve every aspect and functionality of
LARIPI.com or to add new services to LARIPI.com without prior notice.

LARIPI.com has the right to delete user’s account, if it has been proven than
this user uses LARIPI.com not in compliance with the „Terms of Use“, the
„Privacy Policy“, the „Anti-SPAM Policy“ of LARIPI.com or any national or
international laws. There will be no tax refund. Any debts of the user to
LARIPI.com must be paid within 15 days.

LARIPI.com has the right to delete user’s account, if it was reported and
proven that this user uses LARIPI.com to send SPAM Messages to other
users. There will be no tax refund. Any debts of the user to LARIPI.com must
be paid within 15 days.

LARIPI.com has the right to delete user’s account, if he does not make the
payment for his financial obligations to LARIPI.com after the reminding
message within the given period of time. . There will be no tax refund. Any

LARIPI.com has the right to change these terms of use any time when
something on LARIPI.com changes or it is needed to be made a change into
these terms of use.

LARIPI.com has the right to claim damages from every user that uses
LARIPI.com to send SPAM Messages, owing to the damage of the image of
LARIPI.com.
LARIPI.com has the right to look over the submitted images and links and to
decide what is appropriate for LARIPI.com. If we decide that some images or
links are in our judgment too adult/obscene/offensive we will send a message
to the user to change the image or link. The user has than 3 days to do the
change, after that if the change was not made, the user account will be
blocked and not visible in LARIPI.com till the change has been made. After the
change was made and we see that the new image or link is appropriate for
LARIPI.com the user account will be visible again.

LARIPI.com has the right to delete any user account, if this account has not
been used for 6 months.

LARIPI.com has the right to contact all the LARIPI.com users, if it is needed to
be send some important information about LARIPI.com or else.

LARIPI.com has the right to delete any provided from you information at any
time on LARIPI.com, if the information is not appropriate or harm any national
or international laws.

Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.

B. Responsibilities

LARIPI.com is responsible for the correct and truthfully representing of the
submitted information into the user’s accounts.

LARIPI.com does not take responsibility for any problems (software or
hardware), that could occur when users use LARIPI.com.

LARIPI.com does not take any responsibility for any direct, incidental, indirect,
specific or consequential damages, disadvantages, lost profits, lost
informations or any relationships with third party that any user who uses
LARIPI.com to contact other users or by submitting to LARIPI.com an
information about himself or the company that he represents or by receiving
messages from other users, could experience.

LARIPI.com is not responsible for the images and links into the user accounts,
but can send message to a user to remove some image or link, if those are
not appropriate for LARIPI.com.

LARIPI.com is not responsible for the links to the third-party webpages and
for the content or any legal or other aspects of these webpages.

LARIPI.com is not responsible for the submitted information into the LARIPI
user accounts, its truth or accuracy. LARIPI.com provides the information into
the user’s accounts for use “as is”.

C. Obligations

LARIPI.com obliges to secure and ensure the functionality of LARIPI.com and
to be online 24/7. If somebody intentionally attacks LARIPI.com and the service
stops or it happens any catastrophically disaster that could stops the
services, than LARIPI.com obliges to bring back the services back as soon as
possible.

LARIPI.com obliges to make every payment to its Agent as soon as he wants
to receive his financial funds.

LARIPI.com obliges to visualize and represent on LARIPI.com the informations
into the user account as they are typed in.

LARIPI.com obliges to represent the LARIPIs on the VIPs and Paid Ads places
that the users have bought.

LARIPI.com obliges to obey its Privacy policy and its Anti-SPAM policy.

14. Rights, Responsibilities and Obligations of the users

A. Rights

The users have the right to change the informations or images into their
LARIPI account any time they want, but only if the new information is
appropriate and does not harm any national or international laws.

No users have the right to demand refunds or compensation, if LARIPI.com
was intentionally attacked and the service stops.

The users have the right to delete their LARIPI accounts at any time they
want, but have no right of any refund or compensation, if there is still some
time till the end of the account period for which they have paid for.

The users have no right to type in into their LARIPI.com accounts any
information that is contrary to any national or international laws.

Any user, who creates a paid or non-paid LARIPI account with the
visualization of “LARIPI”, does not ‘own’ any part of LARIPI.com. The user is
granted the right to submit informations, images and links that will then be
published on LARIPI.com.

Once the user has accepted these terms of use, he has no right of refund.

B. Responsibilities

The users are responsible for the information content, its accuracy, truth and
actuality into their LARIPI accounts and that the content does not harm any
national and international laws. You will be personally held for responsible if
the information is misleading, false or harmful.

The users are responsible for the content of the messages that they send to
other users.

The users are responsible to inform their selves regularly, if LARIPI.com has
not informed them about any changes into these terms of use. If the user
continues to use LARIPI.com this means that he accepts all new changes in
these terms of use.

C. Obligations

The users oblige to pay all the taxes for the using of LARIPI.com within the
given period of time.

The users oblige to use LARIPI.com obeying the national and international
laws.

15. Proprietary Rights

Every aspect, content, information in LARIPI.com is property of LARIPI Ltd.
The property of LARIPI Ltd is not allowed to be used in any other way but the
way it was meant to be from LARIPI Ltd.

16. Not allowed, Forbidden

It is forbidden to use LARIPI.com for any purpose that does not obey the
national and the international laws.

It is forbidden to use LARIPI.com for the sending of SPAM Messages.

It is forbidden to submit and represent any information into the LARIPI
accounts that is contrary to any national or international laws.

It is forbidden to submit any illegal material.

It is forbidden to submit and represent any information into the LARIPI
accounts that can harm the image of anyone that you do not represent.

It is forbidden to use LARIPI.com to send any information to other LARIPI.com
users that had not the wish to receive it.

It is forbidden to use LARIPI.com for collecting emails or any other information
that could result in sending of SPAM.

17. Messaging system (Conditions) (Anti SPAM Policy), templates

The messaging system of LARIPI.com will be continuously improved. It will
provide a secure and very efficient way of contacting a big number of
LARIPIs. All the answers from the LARIPIs are going to be sorted in
LARIPI.com for a better visualization of the possibilities.

LARIPI.com will create and offers to the users specific templates for the
sending of inquire. Using these templates every user will be able to send
concrete message to a big number of LARIPIs without having the possibility of
sending of SPAM Messages.

Once the user becomes the answers to his inquiry, LARIPI.com will view all
the answers by sorting them by indication.

18. Payments

Every Company or Webpage Account owner must provide payment for the use
of the Account. If you choose to pay by paypal than you need to transfer only
the amount of the years fee. If you choose an alternative way to provide the
payment than you need to pay the years fee plus the cost of the transfer.

The LARIPI.com Agent receives 50 % from the year’s fees.

Every Agent will be able to follow the incomes for its city. At any point the
agent will have the possibility to demand to become its financial funds.

As soon as LARIPI.com has the demand for payment from one of its Agents, it
will make the payment.

If you choose to become the money by paypal, you will receive the full amount.

If you choose alternative way to become the money, than the costs for the
payment method will be subtracted from the amount of money that the agent
must receive.

19. Penalties

Every user that creates an account with the goal to send SPAM Messages
will be given to the legal authorities for prosecution. In this prosecution
LARIPI.com will claim damages, because the result form the sending of SPAM
Messages will be the damage of the image of LARIPI.com.

20. Improvements of LARIPI

LARIPI.com is a continuously evolving system that will be continuously
improved, so that the users become better service.

21. Security of LARIPI.com

It is forbidden to any user to make attempts to hack LARIPI.com or to try to
compromise the security of LARIPI.com.

It is forbidden to any user to make attempts to access information into users
account, which he is not authorizes to use.

It is forbidden to any user to use any scanning, testing or any other software
on LARIPI.com.

It is forbidden to attempt to stop any other user from using LARIPI.com.

Every non-observance of the above prohibitions will be legally prosecuted.

22. Help

The content of LARIPI.com is property to LARIPI Ltd. Any illegal copy of the
information of LARIPI.com or the duplication of LARIPI.com will be legally
prosecuted.

LARIPI.com can not be holding for responsible in any way for the content of
the third party web pages, products or services.

25. Damages

LARIPI Ltd. can not be holding for responsible for any costs arising out of the
use of LARIPI.com or the violation of the site’s terms of use.

27. Warnings
