ANTI-SPAM Policy

LARIPI’s main obligation is to enforce and implement its anti-spam policy.
LARIPI.com is invented and made to help everyone save time by gathering
information from relevant information sources and make the best possible
decisions.

Anyone, who uses LARIPI.com for spam purposes, will be banned from the
website and listed into our spam list that will be accessible by all.
We kindly ask everyone to obey our ANTI-SPAM Policy and inform us
immediately, if they receive a message that is SPAM oriented or is a
SPAM.

For the purposes of our ANTI-SPAM Policy, we will store information from
your browser, including your IP address and the date and time of access. We will use
these details only when there has been a strong proof that a LARIPI user uses
his account to send SPAM . In this case, this IP Address will be blocked
and will not be able to use LARIPI.com anymore.

The details we store will not be available to anyone. They will be revealed
only in the cases, when it has been proven that the user uses LARIPI.com to send SPAM.
Then the information stored about this user will be provided to any ANTI-SPAM
Organization to help make the Internet space SPAM-free.

By clicking on the “Create my LARIPI” button, every user accepts this
ANTI-SPAM Policy.

1. SPAM Definition
SPAM is any piece of information sent to any LARIPI.com user,
which is not an inquiry or offer to received inquiry.
If the message, received by a user in his LARIPI account, does not
comply precisely to the above restrictions, then this is a SPAM and we
kindly ask the user, who has received this message, to report it to
LARIPI.com admin ( This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it ) the message as SPAM, so that we can
take the necessary measures.

2. SPAM Prevention
For the prevention of SPAM, LARIPI.com will send messages to a large number
of users in specially designed patterns or templates for various kinds of
inquiries. Using these templates, each user can send his or her specific inquiry to the
relevant information sources without being able to add any SPAM.

It is forbidden to use LARIPI.com for collecting emails or any other information
that could result in SPAM sending .

3. Anti-SPAM measures
The Anti-SPAM measures are:

3.1 Any user, who has been reported to LARIPI.com admin ( This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it )
by another user for sending a SPAM Message, and whose message was
categorized as a SPAM, will have his Account immediately blocked.
He will be banned from using his account and the only message that he will
be able to send will be to LARIPI.com administrator with explanation of his actions.

3.2 If the user that is proven to have sent a SPAM Message does not
prove his innocence and best intentions within 10 days, he will no longer
have an account in LARIPI.com. His IP Address and Location will be
registered so that he/she will not have the possibility to make a new
account in LARIPI.com.

4. SPAM Reporting
Every user will be able to report immediately after receiving a Message
that could be categorized as SPAM. The report will include information about
the user that sent the message and the Message itself. Send all SPAM
Messages to LARIPI.com admin ( This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it ).

5. SPAM-Accounts Deletion
Every user that was accused of sending SPAM Messages will have 10
days to prove his innocence and best intentions. If he/she does not
prove that, his LARIPI account will be deleted.
Information about this user’s IP Address and Location will be stored in
LARIPI’s database and provided to any ANTI-SPAM Organization to
help make the Internet space SPAM-free.
